EAV Eco Bikes

EAV are a new and exciting concept of commercial transport in major cities and urban areas across the world. Based on the humble cargo bike, these new modes of transport and similar in size but with an electric motor for power and a refined body design for maximum space and modular capacity.

EAV stands for Electric Assisted Vehicles, a new term of phrase coined by the forward thinking team. Whilst based on the cargo bike, safety and lightness is of paramount importance on the new designs. DTM and sister company Peerless were approached to provide the protective windshields and rear lights. This thin polycarbonate is screen printed for both design (the logo) but also production with obscuration bands around the edge for fixing and also round the lights and dash for concealment.

Once screen printed by DTM, the screen is then hard coated both front and back for protection and to ensure the print lasts for as long as the bikes!

Expect to see the new EAV on streets near you, whether it be as a courier, coffee van, food truck or anything else inbetween!
